These games are graphically stimulating, mentally challenging, and bursting with excitement. Ubisoft, the game developer, has gone above and beyond to create captivating and mentally engaging games for everyone. And if you’re concerned about the negative side-effects of violent video games, rest easy because there is very little research to suggest that violent video games are bad for your mental health.

It’s important to remember that while playing video games isn’t bad for your mental health, becoming addicted to gaming certainly is. Spending too much time gaming can lead to negative side effects like isolation. More than 10 hours per week of gaming is categorized as an excessive amount and is generally when gaming starts to become bad for you and leads to negative mental health conditions, such as real-life escapism.
