From Apple Watches and hypnosis apps to white-noise, the world is full of devices that claim to aid us in our endless pursuit of those priceless 6-8 hours.

It truly is a noble quest. After all, having a good sleep pattern is a vital aspect to living well. In fact, research has shown that adding a mere 20 minutes of extra winks holds the power to boost mood, lower our stress levels, and give a substantial kick to overall health.

Despite all the research and boundless technological gadgets, what if I told you that the key to a rejuvenating night’s sleep wasn’t a million different methods, but a simple beverage?
