The world of health and wellness has rapidly evolved over the last few decades. Having said that, healthy juices were a vital part of the industry long before trends, such as tracking steps and counting calories. Despite the fact that healthy juices made from fruits and vegetables have been around for hundreds of years, people didn’t pay close attention to them until Campbell Soup Company made a splash in the market with their V8 product.

Back in 2018, one of my dear friends lost his mom to breast cancer. Then, in 2019 my mom had a breast cancer scare when the doctor noticed a tumor on her left breast. Praise be to God it was benign and the doctor was able to remove it without any damage to her body. Needless to say, breast cancer is a serious problem among men and women.

Having said that, a cup of carrot juice can lower your odds of contracting breast cancer. In fact, one meta-analysis of 10 different studies found a correlation between regular carrot juice consumption and a reduced risk for cancer. Researchers found that the phytochemicals in carrot juice stop cancerous cells from developing.
